About Cellovan Biosciences
Cellovan presents compound identity, strength, format and batch information in one place, so customers can assess a listing before they place an order.
Our reason for building Cellovan
Too many research listings leave basic questions unanswered. A name and a purity claim do not tell a customer which batch they will receive, what format it comes in or which document belongs to it.
Cellovan takes a record-first approach. Catalogue entries show the available presentation and strength, while released stock is identified by batch so supporting information can be connected to the correct unit.
Products are made in the European Union. We retain production information, explain the role of independent analysis and use identifiable packaging features to help customers recognise Cellovan stock.
This is the standard we work to: describe products accurately, keep records connected and answer questions without turning uncertainty into marketing language.
Supply with an audit trail
Our checks are designed around continuity of information. Product identity begins in the catalogue, continues on the label and batch record, and remains available when an order or quality query is raised.
The same approach applies whether a customer orders one unit or discusses a larger commercial requirement.
We handle individual research orders and commercial enquiries, with availability and expected lead times confirmed for the quantity requested.
The catalogue covers more than 150 SKUs in several formats. Larger requirements are reviewed with the trade team so specification, documentation and delivery can be agreed before production or allocation.
Eligible products may be supplied in partner branding. The scope, format, documentation and batch-identification requirements are agreed as part of the commercial brief.
A practical promise
Customers should be able to compare formats and strengths, identify the batch supplied and locate the information relevant to it. Those are practical requirements, not promotional extras.
We write in plain language, distinguish test results from broader assumptions and give customers a clear route to ask about a listing, order or document.
The Cellovan approach
Product names, listed strengths, delivery formats, categories and combination blends are organised so customers can compare them easily.
The Cellovan Academy explains science and research terms without assuming specialist knowledge. We clearly separate scientific interest from proven or authorised medical use.
Each released product can be connected to a batch number. Where a public Certificate of Analysis is available, customers can compare it with the identifier printed on the product.
Cellovan works with a production laboratory, while a separate analytical laboratory produces the COAs for independently tested batches.
Products are handled according to the information held for their batch and format. Orders are identified, sealed, protected and carefully packed for tracked delivery.
Customers can contact us about products, orders, delivery, batch documents, account access or quality concerns.
Reading the evidence
A useful test document identifies the material and batch, names the method and laboratory, gives the result and shows when the work was completed.
A Certificate of Analysis describes the tests performed on its named sample. It does not authorise medical use or establish characteristics that were not tested.
Our standard
We explain products, evidence, testing and storage in clear language.
We keep availability honest, handling careful and customer communication clear.
We state what a document shows, what it does not show and when something still needs verification.
