How payment works

The first acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received for review; it is not a demand for payment and does not guarantee acceptance or reserve unavailable stock.

Before payment, the customer receives the confirmed product total, any delivery charge, the order reference and the name of the payment provider. If any price or availability detail has changed, the customer can accept the revised order or cancel it without paying.

Payment is required before dispatch. An order is accepted when Cellovan confirms acceptance and supplies the payment request, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

What happens after payment

Once payment is confirmed, the order moves to preparation for the selected delivery service. Dispatch and tracking information are sent when available.

Customers should contact orders@cellovanbiosciences.com if a payment request appears incorrect, expires or is received from an unexpected sender. Do not authorise it until Cellovan has confirmed the details.

Security

Use only the secure payment method presented for your Cellovan order. Never send card numbers, online-banking passwords, security codes or medical information through the contact form or by email.

A Pay-by-Bank provider may redirect a customer to their own bank to authorise a payment. Cellovan does not ask for or receive the customer’s banking login credentials.

Refunds and payment records

Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate method. Cellovan retains order references, amounts and payment status for accounting, fraud prevention and customer support, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
