Manufacture and trade enquiries
Where products come from and how we supply them
Where does Cellovan stock come from?
The products listed by Cellovan are prepared and packed in the European Union. Product, format and batch information is retained so a supplied unit can be traced back through the available records.
How do I find information for the batch I received?
Use the identifier printed on the label in the Batch Records search. If no public document appears, send the number to our team and we will check what supporting information is held for that batch.
What are the security details on a Cellovan pen for?
They provide visible points customers can use when checking whether a unit is genuine and whether its packaging appears intact. These features complement the batch identifier; they do not replace the batch record.
Can my organisation request branded stock?
Custom presentation may be available for qualifying trade orders. The product, format, artwork, quantities, documentation and delivery timetable are agreed with the trade team before an order is accepted.
How many units can I order?
Quantities vary by product and format. Individual catalogue units may be ordered online, while larger or custom requirements—up to commercial production volumes—are quoted by the trade team.
