Cellovan Biosciences is a UK-based supplier of laboratory research materials. Our business address is Ronson Building, Limewood Approach, LS14 1NG. The main contact for website, product, order and privacy enquiries is info@cellovanbiosciences.com.

These terms apply to orders placed through cellovanbiosciences.com. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product, document or term.

Eligibility and intended use

Customers must be aged 21 or over, have capacity to enter a contract and purchase only for a legitimate laboratory research purpose.

Products are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products. They are not for human or animal consumption and must not be purchased, administered, promoted or resold for personal, therapeutic, diagnostic, performance-enhancing or veterinary use.

Product information

We take reasonable care to identify products, available strengths, formats, prices and availability accurately. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary without changing the identified product or batch.

A Certificate of Analysis applies only to the batch and tests identified on that document. It is not regulatory or medical approval and does not replace the customer’s own risk assessment, procedures or legal responsibilities.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement or order reference confirms receipt but does not mean the order has been accepted.

We may review, decline or cancel an order before dispatch where information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, eligibility or intended use cannot be confirmed, payment fails, fraud is suspected, supply would breach law or policy, or a pricing error is identified. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable delivery charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Customers must pay through the secure method provided for their identified order.

Payment is required before dispatch. Customers must not send payment-card details or banking credentials by email or through a contact form.

Delivery and risk

Available UK delivery services and estimated timings are described on the Delivery and Returns page. Estimates are not guarantees where delay results from events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable address and for checking the parcel and label promptly after delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or return an order. Eligibility depends on dispatch status, product condition, applicable contamination, hygiene or deterioration exceptions and statutory consumer rights.

The Delivery and Returns page forms part of these terms. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not excluded.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must store, handle, document, use and dispose of products lawfully and in accordance with the label, batch information, their organisation’s procedures and applicable safety requirements.

Customers must not remove or alter labels, misrepresent products, make unauthorised medical or performance claims, facilitate personal use, or use the website or products for an unlawful purpose.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or limits statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, Cellovan is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, use outside the stated research purpose, failure to follow storage or handling information, altered labels, use of a product after a seal or identity concern, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Privacy and records

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Order, payment, delivery, product and batch records may be retained for fulfilment, support, traceability, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Complaints, law and changes

Send complaints to info@cellovanbiosciences.com with the order reference and relevant evidence. We will acknowledge and review the complaint and may request further information.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the UK business and customer, without removing any mandatory consumer protection. We may update these terms for future orders; the version displayed when an order is placed will apply to that order.
